How can you track Reward Points, or Cashback?
When you sign up, you gain access to a personalized profile that includes your reward points. Our user-friendly interface makes it easy for you to track your points and view the available rewards.
With our platform, you can conveniently monitor your reward points and keep an eye on your balance. Whether you earn points, our system ensures that every point is accurately recorded and added to your balance.
Additionally, our profile provides remarks for each point added to your balance. These remarks serve as a helpful reference, allowing you to easily identify the source or reason behind each point.
Our goal is to make the process of tracking and redeeming your reward points as seamless as possible. With our user-friendly platform, you can easily stay informed about your points, explore exciting rewards, and enjoy the benefits of being a valued member.
How is redemption points Cashback calculated?
Here’s how it works: for every $1, you will earn 1 point. These points can then be converted into cashback, allowing you to earn back a percentage of your trading volume.
We will calculate your cashback based on your trading activity and apply a 50% cashback rate. The resulting amount will be added to your profile as points, which can be converted into dollars.
How to Claim Points or Cashback?
To claim points, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to reward@best2traders.com.
2. In the email, provide the following information based on your trader type:
- For Prop Traders:
Your registered email address for the challenge.
A screenshot of the receipt or purchase confirmation email. - For Retail Traders:
Your registered email address.
The account numbers.
A copy of the report showing the total trades during the week.
3. Please ensure to send this information within one week from the date of purchase of the challenge, as well as for Cash Back. Failure to do so may result in the loss of points or Cash Back.
4. Once we receive your email, we will credit the appropriate points to your account.
Please note that this process may take up to 72 hours, excluding weekends. We appreciate your patience during this time.

When to Request Points or Cash Back?
As a valued member of our rewards program, you have the opportunity to redeem your hard-earned points for exciting rewards, as a follow:
- If you decide to redeem your points for challenges, please ensure that you do so within maximum one week after your purchase. This timeframe allows us to process your request efficiently and ensure that you receive your chosen challenge in a timely manner.
- For retail traders who have opened accounts through our brokers, we offer the option of cashback. To take advantage of this, simply send us your request at the end of each week.
When can you withdraw your balance?
Whether you are a retail trader or a prop trader, it is important to know when you can withdraw your balance. At Best2Traders, we have a simple process in place for withdrawing your funds.
If you decide to withdraw your balance in dollars, all you need to do is send us an email at withdraw@best2traders.com by the end of the month.
For example, if you send us a request at the end of February 2024, we will process your payment by the 15th of March 2024 at the latest.
