After I requested a payout, they closed my account and said I need to pass a KYC interview because they believe someone else is managing the account.I met with them twice, and the second time they abruptly ended the call, claiming I am not the one trading on the account.AVOID, THE WORST COMPANY IN THE INDUSTRY.

Hi my name is Md Sazzad Hossain. I am professional forex trader. I work with MyfundedFx from last 10months. I got paid everytime. My previous payouts was 11997$ 06/03/2024 , 5390$ 05/19/2024, 11063 05/06/2024, 3156 05/05/2024. My last withdraw they reject and breach my all 3 accounts. 7500$ withdraw they rejected and manually break my 3 accounts 2 in phase 2 near to live and one account is live with 7500$+ withdraw. They ask for KYC interview and after 20days they appear for my interview. I request them for bengali operator for interview because my english accent is not good but they didn’t provide me bengali operator. I answer all the questions and provide each and everything. At the end of the interview operator said i am satisfied with your answers and in 12 hours your issue resolve and after you receive emeil you are able to withdtaw your amount. After 30minutes they send me mail they we breach your accounts and cause lame excuses. I am sending their all questions and then my answers as well.

I am writing to inform you about the outcome of your recent KYC interview with us at MyFundedFX. After thorough review and evaluation, we regret to inform you that your KYC interview did not meet our requirements, and the result is unfortunately a fail.

The reasons for this decision are as follows:

You used Remote Desktop during the interview. Remote Desktop can be controlled by anyone.

You did not follow our rules for showing how to log into your Riseworks account. You showed it after you were already logged in.

You were not able to answer even one question related to forex. You are always saying you are a profitable trader, but that is not what we are asking you.

It seems like someone taught or coached you, but you weren’t able to fully execute or explain what you were doing.

Please note that this decision is final, and as a result, you will no longer be able to trade with MyFundedFX.

Dear Benji and MyFundedFX Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express my concern regarding the outcome of my recent KYC interview. I feel that the decision was not entirely fair for the following reasons:

1. Use of Remote Desktop: Yes, I used Remote Desktop during the interview because my account is logged in via a remote desktop for faster trade execution. Your company permits the use of remote desktops, which is why I have opted for this setup. I can confirm that it is a private server, and no one else has access to it but me.

2. Riseworks Login: I had explained during the interview that my Riseworks account is logged in on my mobile. If I log in from a different device, Riseworks detects this and may restrict my access. Nevertheless, I logged into my account during the interview as requested.

3. Forex Knowledge: I answered all your questions related to forex strategies, including topics on swap and other areas. I have over 6 years of experience in trading and believe I provided sufficient answers based on my expertise.

4. Live Interview: I was on a live video call with you, and it was evident that I was alone in the room. The claim that I was being coached or assisted is completely unfounded.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I have been a profitable trader with MyFundedFX for 4 to 5 months, with previous payouts to support this. My live account, with over $7,500 in profit, has been banned, as well as my phase 2 account with over $103,500 in equity and another nearing $92,900.

I believe that this decision was based on a misunderstanding, potentially due to language barriers, as I had previously requested a Bengali-speaking operator. I kindly request that you reconsider the outcome of my KYC interview, approve my withdrawal, and reinstate my accounts.

– Payout was approved at 07:47 (surprised they are working that early!)

– Rise funds payment notification came in at 16:25

Don’t believe all the paid reviewers here, these guys are scam and will be shut down soon just like MFF, they front run your orders by at least 3 pips and trades hit your SL at least 3 pips before your actual SL. Your days are numbered crooks. Can’t wait to pass there freaking challenge and get my refund

I have bought several challenges using this prop firm and they always provide exceptional service. This time I decided to buy 5k challenge account and while ordering I accidentally chose mt5 instead of mt4. I asked for help on Discord, and they transferred me to Support agent Dr.Pips who was really helpful and helped me to solve the issue. That was great experience without any trouble. Thank you, guys!
