Had a brilliant experience with OANDA, creating a live account is always daunting. Luke Newitt made it a smooth experience and was there every step of the way, couldn’t be more pleased with how things went.

I have been trading with Oanda for more than 1 year now. My overall experience has been excellent so far. I get timely updates from my account manager (Catherine Chan) every week; responses to my questions have been very prompt. Deposits and withdrawals are a breeze. I also get invited to events where I get to network with other fellow traders. I highly recommend Oanda for any serious trader looking for a reliable broker in Singapore.

Customer service is responsive, Customer service is responsive, went the extra mile even after office hours to figure out my trading issues. One of the few retail brokers that accepts API trades. Will be good if they expand their products in equity cfd.

The level of patience and expertise displayed by the staff whilst setting up OANDA and Trading View was exemplary.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff explaining solutions to problems navigating and combing the two platforms together.

Big scam… The best thing about em is the trading demo… They hold your money forever going in & coming out. Not to mention, they restrict from traders from placing multiple trades or increasing lot sizes between trades… The ABSOLUTE WORST, is the fact of not being able to access your funds on an immediate basis… I wouldn’t advis ANYONE to use OANDA. Not even my opponent

You will regret sooner for trading with Oanda broker. For withdrawal amount crossing beyond £1500/- of your initials deposit through debit card ,although you used, the same method. Red flagged. They ask you to do now by bank transfer. And they charged you £10/- for transfer. Further they could not resolve my currency trade though executed but not running as position on trading view.

If you want you can . But I won’t. Hence, closed my account .

Crooked company. Take Profit reaches clearly, and consistently crosses the TP and they DO NOT close your trade. Trade goes the other way for a Stop Loss.

Price Does Not Reach Stop Loss and they close your trade for a loss meanwhile the price changes and you cannot take profit because they closed your trade.

This Happens OFTEN. It is the RULE not the exception.

Stop fckng with people’s money oanda. I’m getting a new broker. Suggestions for a non thieving broker anyone? Leave a suggestion in your review

If you are reading this then my recommendation is to steer clear of this company. I have had a small trading account with them for a number of years and am now trying to close the account and withdraw my funds. Since my original debit card has expired I have been trying to set up another way to withdraw my money. They are refusing every form of ID that I have supplied. Bank account statement and pictures of my passport are not being accepted. I really am at my wits end.

I had a great experience with OANDA especially when Frank Zhang handled my account. He’s so helpful when you need it and he also calls you to check how you doing. If you have a question, he will make sure that it will be answered before the end of the day.

If someone has an account on OANDA or wanted to open an account with OANDA, request for Frank to handle your account and you’ll see for yourself what I am talking about.

1 – I find the platform easy to use with tools that make decision-making during trading effective and easy

2 – Gwen who is allocated to service my account has been really prompt in her responses and resolves issues that I encounter really quick

3 – Oanda provides networking with other traders and training to enable traders like myself become better at the craft

I’m appreciative because she has continued to do it even though I have not been able to find time to go for all the previous sessions she asked for. She has also helped me with many of my platform issues and request even when we have not met before.

Secondly today I attended my first MasterClass with Oanda. It was professionally done and handled by a competent trainer Kelvin (or Calvin?). I wish to thank Oanda for investing in customers like us in such events. It makes our experience enjoyable.

There were some technical issues earlier on in my trading journey with Oanda. However, they made it up with fantastic customer service. Shanice has been very professional and patient with my queries and requests.

I would stay with Oanda because of this wonderful customer experience. Also, the technical issues no longer surface. I think they’ve all been resolved. Good job.

Tricia Nicka is incredible. Made a difficult situation simple. We accomplished the goal and I couldn’t be more pleased. She went above and beyond, and reminded me of the high standards previous Oanda help team provided me. Oanda has been great to me. And I can absolutely recommend them.
